How it Works

Step 1 - Unpack the plastic bag containing powdered products.

Step 2 – Remove 1000ml jug containing liquids.

Step 3 – Open and empty powdered products into bucket containing rock and mix by rotating back and forth on an  angle until products are uniformly mixed.

Step 4 – Shake the liquid container for 10 to 15 seconds to mix contents and add entire content of jug into the bucket containing the mixed rock and powder.

Step 5 - Replace the lid and ensure it is snapped/sealed tightly, lay the bucket on its side and rotate back and forth quickly for 1 minute.

Step 6 – Rotate the bucket 180 degrees and continue to rotate quickly for 1 minute.

Step 7 – Remove the lid and insure contents are thoroughly mixed. If the contents are not completely mixed repeat set 6 until uniform.

Your patch is now ready to use.

Core hole patching

For best results on core holes, use a hammer to knock away all cut pieces of aggregate around the core holes. This will make the circular pattern of the core hole less visible when patch is installed.

Moisten the area to be patched with clean water. Fill the holes with one lift so material is approximately overflowing by ½ to 1 inch and pack in place with the use of a hand float until even. Use a sawing motion across the top of the patch to match up with existing pervious concrete.

Damaged pervious concrete

Clean all loose concrete from the area to be patched and install any required formwork for broken edges.
